At Fylde Property, we’re always looking for ways to improve our service for the benefit of our landlords.
This month, we’ve launched a brand new menu of additional services for our ‘Let Only’ landlord clients. From tenant communications and renewals, to property checks, inventories and check outs – it’s professional, expert support, as and when you need it.
With no ongoing commitment and clear pricing, these ‘pay as you go’ services are ideal for landlords who want some extra help from time to time, but don’t want to commit to a fully managed service.
Additional Services for Let Only Landlords
Our new menu includes the following selection of services:
Ensure the checkout process runs smoothly and eliminate uncertainty with managed tenant checkouts from Fylde Property. As part of the service, we’ll check the property and its contents against your existing inventory (where there is one in place), take all the meter readings, check the smoke alarms and appliances.
You’ll then receive a short report, detailing our findings and a list of the maintenance required in the property.
New Inventory & Photographs if you have found your own tenant.
A good inventory is invaluable – especially if it comes to tenant disputes on checkout!
Get a full picture of the condition and contents of your property, with our inventory service. The service includes creating a full list of the contents, with photographs and details about the condition of the property throughout.
It acts as valuable evidence you can use should your tenant lose items, or cause damage beyond reasonable wear and tear during their tenancy.
Rent Increase Notice Letter
When was the last time you increased the rent on your properties? Ensure that your property provides returns in line with its market value and increase rent in the proper, legal manner, with a rent increase notice letter from Fylde Property.
Our service includes making an initial contact with the tenant to inform them of the proposed rent increase, drafting up the letter and serving notice in line with your legal obligations.
Tenancy Renewals of changes to a tenancy.
Take the time and effort out of tenancy renewals – we can manage the process for you. We’ll contact the tenants on your behalf, draft up the agreement and arrange for your tenants to sign it.
When was the last time you took a look at your property? We can inspect it on your behalf – taking note of any damage, and taking stock against the inventory to ensure it’s being looked after properly by your tenants. We’ll also provide you with a report detailing any maintenance issues that you might want to address.
