Maintenance are still working and dealing with any emergency that may occur, if you feel you have one please call or email even if you feel its not an emergency please report it on the email of call and we will get to you as soon as we can. 

Goverment policies have been put in place to protect Tenants and to help not to incurr rent arrears stating that if you can pay then please do continue as normal.


For those in full time employment the government has arranged for your employer to pay 80% of your wages to a maximum of £2500 monthly.  


For those who are self employed who have filed a tax return will be contacted by the HMRC to allow you to claim a grant to 80% of your earnings for the past 3 years to a maximum of £2500 monthly.


For those who are self employed but not filed a tax return are encouraged to claim universal credit which will include an amount towards Housing Allowance, currently being paid within a week of claiming.


With these measures in place we hope that all our tenants are well and informed of the options open to them and  please contact us to discuss this further if you require.


For any tenants who are experiencing difficulties in getting to the bank at this time we are able to take payments either via internet banking and also via credit or debit cards over the phone.


The government has allowed for those landlords whom are able to take a mortgage break in their repayments, this is to allow them to offer a reduced rental to those tenants who are struggling at this time, however please be reminded that this will need to be dealt with each landlord and tenant on an individual basis and is not guaranteed.
